7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@jyotihandloom.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping returns Or Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at returns@jyotihandloom.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the requested exchange item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at returns@jyotihandloom.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and contact information. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
